I am an Associate Member (ACS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Master in Business Policy and Corporate Governance, a Law Graduate, and a Graduate in Commerce (Accountancy Hons) with an experience of over 8 years.

Before starting my practice, I was in employment and holding a position of “Company Secretary” with Smartshift Logistics Solution Private Limited, a Start-Up Company engaged in the Business of Logistics under the brand name “Porter” to handle Corporate and Legal Affairs. After that, I was associated with Themis Associates, now Algo Legal as an Associate where I was providing consultancy services in the areas of investment, private equity, due diligence, acquisitions etc. Later, I joined Open Financial Technologies Private Limited, a Fintech Company where was handling Secretarial , Labour Law and Legal affairs.

I am experienced in undertaking of all necessary compliances relating to the formation of companies/ LLP’s/ OPCs and other Corporate Law matters, conduct of corporate due diligence, requisite e-filings with the MCA, RBI/FEMA compliances, SEBI compliances and drafting of legal contracts, agreements, MoUs and various other corporate communications.
