Who we are?
We are Anjali Bansal & Associates, a Bangalore-based firm established in June 2020, providing expert corporate secretarial and legal services. We specialize in corporate advisory, restructuring, startup fundraising, due diligence, mergers, SEBI licensing, FEMA compliance, and IBC. Our experienced professionals deliver high-quality, tailored solutions, helping businesses navigate the legal and regulatory landscape.

Meet The Founder
Anjali is an Associate Member (ACS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Master in Business Policy and Corporate Governance, a law graduate, and a Commerce (Accountancy Hons) graduate with over nine years of experience.
Before starting her practice, She was employed. She was a “Company Secretary” with Smartshift Logistics Solution Private Limited, a start-up company engaged in the logistics business under the brand name “Porter” to handle corporate and legal affairs. After that, she was associated with Themis Associates, as an associate, where she provided consultancy services in the areas of investment, private equity, due diligence, acquisitions, etc. Later, she joined Open Financial Technologies Private Limited, a fintech company where she handled secretarial, labor law, and legal affairs.
As a practicing professional, she has advised many corporates, startups, and individuals through the complexities of business setup and regulatory compliance in India. With deep expertise in SEBI regulations and Private Equity matters, she has successfully assisted numerous clients in procuring various SEBI licenses. Her proficiency extends to business structuring, legal compliance, and regulatory approvals, ensuring seamless incorporation and compliance with governing laws such as the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and RBI guidelines.
